Job Description

Qualifications:

- 15+ years of experience with deep expertise in data architecture principles, data modeling, data integration, data governance, and data management technologies.
- Proven experience in formulating data strategies and developing logical and physical data models on RDBMS, NoSQL, and cloud-native databases.
- Expertise in one or more RDBMS platforms (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, etc.) and experience implementing multiple data models with data security and access control mechanisms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and understand business requirements, translating them into conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
- Serve as a principal advisor on data architecture across various domains including data requirements, aggregation, data lakes, data models, and data warehouses.
- Lead cross-functional teams in defining data strategies and adopting the latest technologies for effective data management.
- Define and enforce data architecture principles, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and security across all data assets.
- Recommend and tailor the best data modeling approaches based on client requirements and target architectures.
