Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project execution for solar PV and BESS projects, including pre-construction, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, procurement, regulatory, and finance teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Manage external stakeholders, including EPC contractors, consultants, government authorities, and land acquisition teams.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgetary controls, HSE standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Drive contractor/vendor performance through rigorous project monitoring, risk mitigation, and regular reviews.
- Lead project planning including WBS creation, scheduling (Primavera/MS Project), cost estimation, and resource allocation.
- Oversee grid connection and liaise with DISCOMs and transmission authorities for approvals and synchronization.
- Support business development and tendering teams with technical inputs, project feasibility, and budgeting.
- Prepare and present project status reports, risk registers, and progress dashboards to top management.
