DVR Supervisor

Job Description Position Summary: The Supervisor of the DVR Audit Team will lead a group of auditors responsible for reviewing video footage from test centers to ensure compliance, integrity, and operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in audit practices. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily operations of the DVR Audit Team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of video audits. - Provide guidance and support to auditors in reviewing pre-recorded and live footage of test sessions and interactions. - Review and validate audit reports for consistency, completeness, and accuracy. - Monitor team performance and quality metrics, implementing improvements where necessary. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Quality Assurance, Training, Compliance) to address findings and escalate issues. - Develop and maintain audit protocols, checklists, and documentation standards. - Conduct regular training and calibration sessions to ensure alignment on audit expectations. - Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries for leadership review. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in team supervision or management, preferably in auditing, surveillance, or quality assurance. - At least 2+ years of experience in either the call centre or test centres - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify patterns or anomalies in video footage. - Excellent communication and report-writing skills. - Ability to coach and mentor team members effectively. - Familiarity with video review tools and audit documentation systems. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in test center operations or compliance monitoring. - Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality protocols. - Background in workforce management or training operations.
