Job Description

As a Market Research Analyst at Sundew, you will play a critical role in gathering and analyzing market data to help us understand market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes. Your insights will support strategic decision-making, helping to shape our business strategies and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Analysis:

Gather data on market trends, customer demographics, preferences, and needs through various channels, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and market research tools.

Market Insight Generation:

Interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations that align with our business objectives.

Monitor and analyze competitors activities, market conditions, and industry trends to inform our strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Reporting and Presentation:

Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders, ensuring that data is accurate, reliable, and presented clearly.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to share insights and support strategic initiatives.

Research Methodology Development:

Develop and implement effective research methodologies tailored to specific projects or business needs, ensuring robust and comprehensive data collection and analysis.

Required Skill Sets and Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master s degree or relevant certifications in market research is a plus.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau.

Experience with market research tools and databases is essential.

Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing analytics software is advantageous.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

Strong analytical abilities with an eye for detail.

Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

Communication Skills:
