Role Purpose
- Responsible for handling corporate Insta, Non-Insta payments on daily basis
- The individual is responsible for decisioning and performing due-diligence of payment received in Bank account Vs the allocations from the Corporate before processing payment as per the defined SOP and timeline
Role Accountability
- Process Corporate Insta, Non-Insta Payment round the year including daily reconciliation for payments processed
- Respond to cardholder queries to corporate clients and stakeholders within the defined SLA
- Regularly update records in all the data maintenance files, maintain data to ensure compliance with regulatory framework and internal policies and procedures
- Prepare and share MIS trackers with stakeholders as per the defined SLA and ensure Corporate master data maintenance and sharing with stakeholders periodically
- Handle Suspense Payments by coordinating with Sales Team through email/calls
- Respond to stakeholder queries and respond with resolution in a timely manner
- Perform process documentation and compliance adherence

- Timely and accurate payment processing
- 100% Reconciliation as per TAT
- Timely and accurate MIS
- Process adherence as per MOU
Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications
- Understanding of various modes of payment
- Expertise in MS Office tools

Qualification
Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream
