Job Title Content ManagerLocation Mumbai Reporting to General Manager - Content PartnershipsDepartment Content ManagementRole Overview We are seeking a dynamic Content Manager to lead the execution of high-impact scientific content projects for Medgami our fast-growing digital platform for specialist doctors This role is central to driving Medgami s content strategy through seamless project management of KOL-led video series scientific content initiatives marketing collaterals and business proposals You will collaborate with internal teams agencies and external medical experts to ensure the timely development of credible engaging and compliant content Key Responsibilities Content Project Management - End-to-end management of Medgami s scientific and KOL video projects including project planning timelines stakeholder alignment and delivery- Lead topic ideation content themes and key message alignment in collaboration with medical experts and internal teams- Coordinate with external agencies medical writers production teams and KOLs for content development script approvals and production workflows- Own and maintain detailed project trackers ensuring progress visibility risk mitigation and adherence to deadlinesContent Review Quality Assurance - Review content drafts video scripts and final outputs for scientific accuracy quality and compliance- Ensure alignment with Medgami s brand guidelines regulatory standards and content quality benchmarks- Implement structured review and approval workflows engaging relevant medical legal and compliance stakeholdersContent Performance Insights - Work with analytics teams to monitor content performance metrics generate reports and derive actionable insights- Recommend content improvements and optimization strategies based on performance dataMarketing Business Support - Develop engaging marketing content partnership decks and business proposals to support platform growth and stakeholder engagement- Collaborate with business development marketing and partnership teams to align content initiatives with organisational goalsRequired Qualifications Experience - Masters degree or higher in Life Sciences Healthcare Pharmacy or a related field MBA Project Management or Digital Marketing certification is a plus- 5 years of experience in healthcare content management scientific communications or project management preferably within a digital health platform medical communications agency or pharmaceutical environment- Strong understanding of scientific content development KOL engagement and digital healthcare trends- Proven experience in managing multi-stakeholder content projects with strict deadlines and quality expectationsKey Skills Competencies - Strong project management and organizational skills- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities- High attention to detail with a focus on scientific accuracy and content quality- Ability to collaborate with internal teams agencies and senior medical experts- Familiarity with content performance analytics and insights-driven content strategy- Proactive solution-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneouslyWhy Join Us- Be part of a mission-driven health-tech platform revolutionizing medical knowledge sharing- Collaborate with top medical experts and contribute to meaningful doctor engagement- Opportunity to grow within a cross-functional fast-paced and impact-focused environment ref biojoby com
