Job Description

Description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP systems and will be responsible for implementing and maintaining these systems to optimize business operations.

Responsibilities

- Implement and maintain ERP systems to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on ERP functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Work with vendors to enhance ERP capabilities and resolve technical issues.
- Document processes, system configurations, and user guides.

Skills and Qualifications

- 6-16 years of experience in ERP implementation and support.
- Proficient in ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they integrate with ERP systems.
- Experience with data migration and system integration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
