If working in an environment that encourages you to innovate and excel, not just in professional but personal life, interests you- you would enjoy your career with Quantiphi Role: SeniorBusiness Analyst Experience Level: 4+ Years Work location: Mumbai,Bangalore,Trivandrum Notice Period: 0-30 days Role & Responsibilities: As part of the core team of Quantiphi, the Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding, analyzing and solving complex problems in a variety of industries including Healthcare, Hospitality, BFSI, CPG etc. Your responsibilities will include: - Responsible for identifying and developing new client opportunities to innovate, transform andbuild capability using Machine Learning and Big Data Technologies. - Accountable to handle execution of projects: Requirement gathering, problem formulation & day-to-day problem solving. - Applying the right analysis frameworks to develop creative solutions to complex business problems - Planning and executing both short-term and long-range projects and manage teamwork, and client expectations - Challenge and inspire customers and peers to solve difficult problems with ambitious and novel solutions. Skills Required: You would be involved in the development of new business opportunities and value-added services which requires a high level of creativity, learning potential and deep quantitative subject matter expertise and therefore self-driven individuals willing to learn on the go would be preferred. - Advanced degree in Business (CA/MBA/CFA), Economics or Engineering. - Expertise with Nielsen Data, metrics, distribution, price. - Experience with Talk to your data solutions. - Able to translate business questions to queries/metrics and validate outputs. - Must have excellent aptitude and expertise in business analysis and awareness of quantitative analysis techniques. - Excellent communication (both written & verbal). - Must have a willingness to learn and apply emerging trends in business research and analysis.
