Job Description :
To lead and manage the financial affairs of the Investment Office, with complete
responsibility for Accounts, MIS, Audit, and Finance. The role will ensure robust
governance, insightful reporting, and strategic oversight of investments across asset
classes including public markets, real estate, private equity, and alternate assets.
Key Responsibilities:-
Monitor, track, and report performance of the family's investment portfolio across
asset classes.
Ensure accurate accounting, book-keeping, and reporting across all investment
entities.
Oversee cash flow, fund movements, and treasury management to optimize liquidity.
Maintain transparent and up-to-date records of investments, valuations, and returns.
Develop and deliver timely MIS dashboards and investment performance reports for
principals.
Provide variance analysis, trend insights, and forward-looking projections to support
decision-making.
Ensure adherence to all statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Lead statutory and internal audits, liaising with auditors, tax advisors, and legal
counsel.
Implement strong internal controls and governance frameworks across investments.
Act as the central financial point of contact for principals, advisors, bankers, fund
managers, and auditors.
Maintain highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in
managing family assets.
