Stipend: 7k-8k fixed per month + incentives

About the Internship:

We are looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in sales, marketing campaigns, lead generation, and client communication. Youll gain exposure to both B2B and B2C strategies while contributing directly to business growth.

Youll be the front-line driver of our lead generation and client acquisition efforts reaching out, following up, and closing opportunities through calls, DMs, and B2B platforms.

Responsibilities

- Assist in lead generation through cold calls, social media, and B2B platforms.
- Make cold calls to potential clients and existing leads.
- Generate leads through researchand follow up on social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects until closure.
- Update and manage CRM or lead tracking sheets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi, English

Requirements:

- Recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Previous internship experience inlead generation, business development, telecalling, or B2B sales is preferred.
- English, Hindi and Bengali language proficiency.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfort with both voice and written outreach.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
