Job Description We are launching a 12-month skill development program for underprivileged students to help them gain digital literacy, creativity, communication skills, personality development, and employable skills. We are looking for passionate, patient, and hands-on instructors/mentors for multiple roles who are excited to make a meaningful impact and empower young learners. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Digital Literacy & Computer Skills Instructor - Teach basic computer operations, typing, MS Office/Google Workspace, and internet basics - Help students become confident with devices and practical tasks 2. Canva & Digital Design Instructor - Guide students in creating posters, flyers, presentations, and simple videos using Canva - Encourage hands-on creativity and digital expression 3. Social Media & Digital Marketing Instructor - Introduce basic social media use for learning and sharing - Teach simple digital marketing concepts, captions, hashtags, and mini-projects 4. Personality Development & English Instructor - Conduct 2 classes per week (for 4 months) - Teach basic English reading, writing, and speaking - Facilitate personality development: confidence, communication, body language, teamwork 5. Resume & Career Guidance Instructor - Help students create a simple resume and portfolio - Guide them in presenting projects and preparing for basic interviews Requirements: - Strong knowledge in the relevant area - Experience teaching beginners or students from disadvantaged backgrounds is a plus - Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills - Hands-on approach with practical, interactive teaching methods Job Type: Part-Time / Contract (hours vary by role; 12 sessions per week for most roles) Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Perks: - Opportunity to create real impact in the lives of underprivileged students - Work in a collaborative, supportive team - Flexible hours Interested candidates can apply for multiple roles in a single application.
