Interacting with key govt officials for facilitating investor requests and for providing advisory services Preparing marketing material for approach to investors presentations for internal and external reporting in respect of the project Identifying approaching investors either directly or through network and facilitating their investments in the state Developing investment opportunities identifying potential projects for private or PPP investment Be able to understand Government department work processes and models of Public Private Partnership projects Execute basic data analysis monthly for state wide data set Preparation of reports concept notes white papers etc on various topics Day to day project management and execution Communicate effectively with the senior leadership and the clients Educational and experience requirement CA MBA or other business degrees 2 years of relevant experience in govt advisory investment promotion relationship management roles Should have keen interest in building a career in Advisory Excellent analytical presentation skills Fluent in PowerPoint and Excel Ability to break down and solve ambiguous problems through quantitative thinking and analysis Enterprising and collaborative attitude with ability to work seamlessly in a large team Location and way of working Base location Delhi Lucknow This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work Hybrid is our default way of working Each domain has customised the hybrid approach to their unique needs Your role as an Assistant ManagerWe expect our people to embrace and live our purpose by challenging themselves to identify issues that are most important for our clients our people and for society In addition to living our purpose Assistant Managers across our organization must strive to be Inspiring -
