Role Overview

We're seeking a Graphic Designer + Video Editor with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in creating compelling visual content. You'll work closely with the marketing and product teams to design campaigns, social creatives, UI assets, product explainers, reels, and motion graphics that connect with Gen Z and millennial audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging graphics for digital campaigns, social media (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X), and website assets.
  • Edit and produce high-impact short-form and long-form videos (ads, reels, explainers, product walkthroughs).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for brand campaigns.
  • Create visually appealing presentations, thumbnails, posters, and product collaterals.
  • Maintain Zavo's brand identity and consistency across all platforms.
  • Deliver quick turnarounds without compromising quality.
  • Stay updated with design and editing trends, especially for Gen Z-driven content.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools (Final Cut, Figma, Canva for quick mocks).
  • Ability to create motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects.
  • Solid portfolio showcasing both design and video projects.
  • Creativity + attention to detail + speed.
  • Good communication and ability to take feedback constructively.
