Job Title: Managed Services Associate Consultant – Intern Location: Remote, India Type: Internship (6 months, full-time) Target Audience: MBA students (2nd year or pre-final semester) with prior consulting, client delivery, or implementation experience Work Hours: Flexible, with strong overlap to US business hours. As we scale, we’re building a managed services team that combines consulting discipline with operational excellence—helping our clients realize measurable revenue outcomes from day one. This internship offers an opportunity to work on live client engagements, translate business problems into actionable playbooks, and build end-to-end workflows that directly impact client revenue. What You’ll Do - Work directly with US-based sales and marketing leaders to operationalize their GTM strategies - Translate client objectives into structured workflows and weekly execution plans - Configure and manage AI-powered playbooks for account research, scoring, and outreach personalization - Analyze campaign data to generate insights and performance recommendations - Present results and improvement ideas to client stakeholders and Pipeline leadership - Collaborate with the product team to refine tools based on client feedback - Support onboarding and change management for new clients, ensuring smooth transition and adoption What You’ll Bring - MBA (ongoing) from a recognized institution, with 2–4 years of pre-MBA experience in consulting, analytics, client delivery, or tech implementation (e.g., Deloitte, EY, - Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, ZS, etc.) - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders - Experience managing multiple priorities under tight timelines - Comfort working with data in Excel/Google Sheets and exposure to tools like Tableau, HubSpot, or Salesforce - Proactive, ownership-driven approach and willingness to operate in fast-moving client environments - Flexibility to work in alignment with US business hours Nice-to-Have - Exposure to GTM operations, sales enablement, or RevOps - Familiarity with B2B SaaS, CRM, or marketing automation platforms - Experience working with global clients or remote teams Duration and Stipend - Duration: 6 months (full-time, remote) - Stipend: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month + performance-based incentives - Top-performing interns will be considered for a full-time offer as Managed Services - Associate Consultant (CTC: ₹14 LPA + performance-based bonuses) How to Apply Email your resume to careers@addpipeline.ai with the subject: “MSAC Intern – Your Name.” Please include a short note describing one client-facing project where you helped structure a solution or delivered measurable results.
