Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee manual and automated testing efforts across CRM, ERP, and other enterprise applications.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and system functionalities.
- Define and implement test strategies, methodologies, and frameworks for Salesforce, NetSuite, and integrated applications.
- Identify test automation opportunities and establish automation frameworks for regression and functional testing.
- Ensure proper test coverage, including functional, integration, regression, security, and performance testing.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand system changes and impact. Ensure test environments are properly configured and maintained. Report test progress, risks, and results to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 7+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 4 years leading test efforts in Salesforce and/or NetSuite environments.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce testing (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Lightning UI, Apex testing)and NetSuite ERP testing.
- Knowledge of APIs, data validation, and integration testing between CRM, ERP, and third-party applications.
- Familiarity with SQL, SOQL, and scripting languages for test automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Preferable to have Salesforce and/or NetSuite certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, NetSuite ERP Consultant).
