Company Description Soon to open its doors, Butter & Bloom Co. will bring the comfort of handcrafted European bakes and thoughtful coffee to Dehradun. A place where quality, calm, and craft bloom together. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Pastry Chef located in Dehradun. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for preparing and creating pastry items, artisanal breads, baked goods, lamination (viennoiserie, croissants etc) and other dessert offerings. Daily tasks include food preparation, baking, cooking, and ensuring high-quality culinary standards. Additionally, the Pastry Chef will be expected to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen while adhering to food safety regulations. Qualifications - Bakery and Baking skills - Food Preparation and Cooking skills - Menu Development - Culinary Skills - Creativity and attention to detail - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to work collaboratively with a team - Experience in a professional kitchen environment - Formal culinary training or certification is a plus Also share your resume and portfolio at daiasbakerycafe@gmail.com
