Skills & Competencies: - Strong Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, IF, SUMIFS, etc.) and analytical skills. - Detail-oriented, accurate, and deadline-driven. - Good coordination and communication skills. - Incentive calculation and performance tracking. - Accuracy in financial data handling. - Process documentation and standardization. - Proficiency in Excel and report automation. - Email and documentation management. - Maintains high confidentiality of financial and Incentive data.
