Job Description Title- Executive- Accounts & Finance Location- Vadodara (Onsite) Shift- 10 AM- 7 PM IST Education- B.Com OR MBA (Finance/Accounting) Key Responsibilities: - Handles end-to-end monthly/quarterly incentive processing including data validation, calculation, and reconciliation. - Ensures accurate payouts, maintains reports, and coordinates with business teams for smooth operations. - Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and clarifications. - Prepare modify Incentive plans as per management requirements. - Ensures to update incentive data on dashboards for management. - Reconcile data with finance records and ensure payout accuracy. - Support process improvements and audits. Skills & Competencies: - Strong Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, IF, SUMIFS, etc.) and analytical skills. - Detail-oriented, accurate, and deadline-driven. - Good coordination and communication skills. - Incentive calculation and performance tracking. - Accuracy in financial data handling. - Process documentation and standardization. - Proficiency in Excel and report automation. - Email and documentation management. - Maintains high confidentiality of financial and Incentive data.
