With Heart Role And Responsibilities - Project management: Develop, manage and oversee the design and execution of comprehensive integration roadmaps; including governance structures, milestones, and performance indicators across all workstreams. - Project team management: Lead cross-functional project teams in designing and implementing robust integration strategies. - Strategic planning: Develop and manage detailed integration project plans, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables. - Budget management: Ensure disciplined financial oversight, managing integration budgets and optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI and cost efficiency. - Internal liaison: Act as a vital liaison between merging entities, fostering clear communication and addressing challenges proactively, including HR, IT, Finance, and Operations. - Risk management: Identify potential integration risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure a smooth transition. - Change management: Champion change management initiatives to help employees adapt to new processes and cultures. - Compliance: Ensure all integration activities comply with regulatory and corporate policies. - System harmonization: Lead systems harmonization and workflow standardization, ensuring operational scalability and digital readiness across the combined entity. Your profile The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organized, and resilient professional with a minimum of 5 years experience in M&A integration or a related field, preferably at a Tier 1 Management Consultancy. You should possess at a minimum a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field, with an MBA or other relevant advanced degree highly preferred. In Addition - You'll bring strong project management skills to the table, with a proven track record of developing and executing complex integration plans while expertly balancing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines. - Your analytical skills are exceptional, allowing you to interpret financial and operational data to assess performance and pinpoint areas for improvement. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, foster collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders, and influence senior leaders to drive results. - You have a high level of emotional intelligence, for navigating and managing cultural differences between merging entities. - You're knowledgeable in regulatory requirements and compliance within M&A contexts, proficient in project management software and tools, and experienced in budgeting and cost management. - Beyond the technical skills, you are adaptable to changing environments, possess strong business acumen, and are committed to continuous learning, bringing an innovative approach to process improvement and integration methods. - Integrity and ethical standards are at the core of your professional approach. - You are tactfully persistent; unafraid to respectfully challenge and apply appropriate pressure where needed to advance critical or time sensitive integration activity.
