Process and Employee Productivity Day to day administration of the center To ensure smooth functioning of the procedures To ensure discipline time and duties management of the entire staff members To manage day to day crisis under intimation to the management All official communications pertaining to the center To coordinate with marketing team and support by internal marketing To coordinate with consultants and visiting consultants and look after doctor s arrangement Service Quality and Efficiency To maintain stocks in communications with the corporate Coordinating internal meetings and events Up skilling of entire staff by developing and assisting team members to complete the assigned task within stipulated time Coordinating with other center heads for patient transfers Revenue To manage the revenue and cash flow of the branch and report to the management Responsible for total revenue generation against target given and also steady improvement intarget enhancement To maintain daily weekly reviews against the target figures and take corrective actions for the shortfalls immediately Responsible for the P L and operational performance of the centre including billing collection insurance processing payroll accounts payable monthly accounting and daily cash management including internal controls Prepare recommendations for an annual budget for the centre prior to each fiscal year To ensure effective variance analysis for OPEX consumables cost CAPEX every month and execute action plan for cost optimisation initiatives Team Building Responsible for employee satisfaction team building To ensure coordination between departments and staff members Qualifications Education MBA in Hospital Administration Experience Previous experience in Hospital administration Skills Strong analytical skills attention to detail and knowledge of healthcare regulations Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Accounting 1 year Preferred Tally 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred License Certification CA-Inter Preferred Work Location In person Application Deadline 26 11 2024 Expected Start Date 01 08 2025
