Sr no AreaKey ResponsibilityKPIs 1New Center Expansion RecruitmentLead the end to end recruitment process for new centers ensuring timely hiring of all necessary roles Coordinate with HOD Management to understand the Manpower needs for each new center Source candidates conduct interviews and finalize hires Ensure that all hiring is completed on time for smooth center openings 2Existing Center HiringManage recruitment efforts for existing centers to meet ongoing Manpower needs Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to identify job requirements and key roles Develop and execute recruitment strategies to fill vacancies reduce turnover and ensure a stable workforce Handle all recruitment communication with candidates for existing centers 3Team Management LeadershipLead and manage the recruitment team ensuring they meet targets and deliver on hiring needs for both new and existing centers Provide guidance training and development to recruitment team members Set individual goals for recruiters and track performance Foster a positive and productive team environment ensuring team satisfaction and retention 4Stakeholder Management ReportingCollaborate with HR hiring managers and other stakeholders to align recruitment processes with business objectives Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress Address any challenges or bottlenecks in the recruitment process in a timely manner Collect feedback from hiring managers post recruitment to continuously improve the process 5Recruitment Process ImprovementAnalyze current recruitment processes and identify areas for improvement Implement changes to streamline recruitment reduce timetohire and improve candidate quality Continuously assess market trends and competitor practices to stay ahead of industry best practices Collaborate with the team and other departments to ensure recruitment processes remain efficient 6Manpower Cost ManagementOversee and manage the recruitment budget for both new and existing centers ensuring the cost per hire remains within the allocated budget Monitor agency fees advertising costs and other recruitment-related expenses Implement cost-saving initiatives such as optimizing recruitment channels and reducing external agency dependency Collaborate with HR to track and report overall manpower costs against targets 7MIS ReportingGenerate regular MIS reports to track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill cost-per-hire offer acceptance rates and candidate quality Provide weekly monthly and quarterly reports to senior management and HR leadership to update on recruitment performance Analyze recruitment data to identify trends challenges and areas for improvement Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all recruitment reports Job Types Full-time Permanent Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund
