Job Description We are looking for bright Marketing INTERNS for: - 2 months (Start Date - Nov'25) - 6 months (Start Date - Jan'26) Bandwidth: 40 hours/week Location: Gurugram (in-Office) Paid Food & travel expenses Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Market/Field Research Intern to join our sales and marketing team. This role is crucial for gaining real-time insights into the effectiveness of our consumer finance offers and those of our competitors. The intern will be responsible for on-ground data collection, analysis of financing offers, and providing actionable insights that will directly impact our sales and business strategy. Key Responsibilities - Retail Outlet Visits: Conduct frequent field visits to a designated set of retail outlets (General Trade, Modern Trade, and Brand Stores) to gather intelligence on consumer finance schemes. - Data Collection & Audits: Systematically collect data on live consumer finance schemes, including: - Zero Down Payment, Zero Interest, and EMI offers. - Tenure options and processing fees. - Specific model-wise offers and discounts. - Promotion materials (POS, banners, leaflets) related to finance schemes. - Competitor Analysis: Research and document the consumer finance schemes of key competitors in the consumer durable space (e.g., in ACs, refrigerators, TVs). - Stakeholder Interaction: Engage with store managers, finance representatives from partner banks and on-ground sales promoters to understand the effectiveness and customer feedback on various schemes. - Report Generation: Compile weekly and monthly reports with clear data, trend analysis, and insights on market-leading offers and competitor activities. Use data to create simple comparisons and charts. - Feedback & Insights: Provide qualitative feedback on customer queries related to finance, common challenges faced by in-store promoters, and opportunities for new schemes. Required Qualifications & Skills - Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA/PGDM in Finance or Marketing, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field. - Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with a wide range of people. - Data Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data entry, organization, and analysis. - Analytical Abilities: A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify trends and patterns from collected data. - Field Readiness: Must be comfortable with regular travel within the designated city/area.
