Sense is transforming the way companies hire with AI-powered technology designed to bring unprecedented speed precision and personalization to every step of the recruiting process Our mission is to reimagine how organizations engage with talent-creating faster smarter and more human experiences for employers recruiters and job seekers alike Founded in 2015 Sense is a high-growth HR Tech SaaS company serving over 1 000 customers worldwide With 250 team members and backing from Google Ventures SoftBank Accel and Avataar Ventures we ve scaled rapidly and continue to lead innovation in talent engagement and automation Our diverse and collaborative team is tackling one of the most universal challenges in the workforce-helping people find meaningful work faster At Sense you ll have the opportunity to shape innovative AI solutions that are changing how the world hires impacting millions of careers globally Join us in building the future of hiring As a Product Management Intern you will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to help build intelligent recruiting experiences powered by automation and multimodal AI You will contribute to solving real-world challenges across our AI Recruiter Intelligent Automation and Multimodal Agent products-focusing on streamlining hiring workflows improving engagement and enhancing overall candidate and recruiter experience Sense brings in agentic ways to help our customers in reducing time to fill increasing the reach and engagement with candidates and reactivating and redeploying candidates Role and Responsibilities Work under the guidance of a product manager to define product requirements and own the product backlog and feature delivery Work closely with the User Experience team to create designs as per the product requirements and translate them into high-fidelity wireframes Play a pivotal role of product owner in the EPD Engineering Product and Design team and collaborate with them on a daily basis to ensure they understand the product requirements well and are unblocked in the development phase Collaborate with the QA team to ensure they understand the product requirement document to translate the same into test cases and consequently review the test cases to ensure the comprehensiveness of the same as per the defined requirements Review the feature post-development and perform User Acceptance Testing UAT to ensure the feature is as per the defined requirements and meets customer needs Work with the Product Manager and Product Marketing Manager to manage the product feature release Interface with Customer Success Solution Consulting and Center of Excellence teams and conduct demos and training on the new features for the internal team enablement Keep a close track of product metrics by working with Product Analysts and coming up with actionable insights Work closely with various customer-facing teams and stakeholders to understand the day-to-day usage of your owned feature area and come up with product enhancements to make their lives easier Job Requirement Professional Qualifications BE B Tech or M B A Students in their last semester or recently graduated can also apply Proficient in English with good written oral communication and presentation skills Excellent academics throughout Good System Design and Analytical skills to able to take a problem statement and conceptualize solutions for the same Good knowledge of the software development life cycle Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks Strong organizational skills Able to work harmoniously within a team environment Ability to process and apply feedback constructively Ability to do what it takes to get the job done Perks Certificate informal dress code 5 days a week Free Snacks Looking forward to the list of candidates who are interested in this role Note Conversion to a full-time role depends on individual performance and the company s requirements for full-time Engineers
