Job Description We're Hiring: Technical Project Manager XStore POS Work Location: PAN India (Travel to Hong Kong required) Total Experience: 10 Years Relevant Experience: 34 Years in XStore POS Interview Mode: Face to Face / Teams Detailed JD (Roles & Responsibilities): We're seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation and enhancement of the XSTORE Point-of-Sale (POS) solution across retail environments. Key responsibilities include: Leading end-to-end delivery of XSTORE POS projects upgrades, integrations, and rollouts. Managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams. Collaborating with business teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical deliverables. Coordinating with vendors, IT, and external partners for smooth implementation. Overseeing system integrations (ERP, payment gateways, loyalty platforms, etc.). Tracking & reporting project status, risks, and dependencies. Driving UAT, defect triage, and go-live readiness. Ensuring documentation (project plans, WSRs, MoMs, etc.) is maintained. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience managing POS implementations (preferably Oracle XSTORE) Strong knowledge of retail operations and store systems Good understanding of integration patterns, middleware, APIs Hands-on with Agile / Waterfall methodologies Excellent communication, stakeholder & vendor management skills Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint Desired Skills: Experience with Oracle Retail Suite (XSTORE, SIM, RPM, etc.) PMP / Scrum Master certification Exposure to international retail rollouts Domain: Apparel Retail If this opportunity excites you, feel free to DM me or share your resume at [Confidential Information]
