Hiring: Technical Project Manager XSTORE POS Implementation | Apparel Retail Domain

Location: India (Travel to Hong Kong)

Experience: 10+ Years (3–4 Years in POS Implementation)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of XSTORE POS projects including upgrades, integrations, and rollouts.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.
  • Coordinate with vendors, IT teams, and partners for smooth implementation.
  • Oversee integration with ERP, payment gateways, and loyalty platforms.
  • Drive UAT, defect triage, and go-live readiness.
  • Maintain project documentation (Project Plans, MoMs, WSRs, Tech Specs).
  • Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and retail standards.

Required Skills

Proven experience managing POS implementations (Oracle XSTORE preferred)

Strong understanding of retail operations and store systems

Knowledge of integration patterns, middleware, and APIs

Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and SharePoint

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
