- Collaborate with senior management: Work closely with the senior management team to plan, develop, and implement strategies that align with the company's objectives.

- Monitor operational performance: Regularly assess and analyze operational processes, identify areas for improvement, implement solutions, and measure their effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations: Develop and enforce standard operating procedures and company policies to ensure compliance with legal and industry regulations.
- Manage budgets and resources: Assist in budget preparation and resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization while monitoring cost control measures.
- Support employee development: Identify training needs, mentor employees, and provide guidance for their professional growth. Encourage teamwork, manage conflicts, and facilitate effective performance management.
- Collaborate on decision-making: Provide recommendations and insights to senior management on key strategic and tactical decisions by evaluating risks and opportunities.
- Foster a positive work environment: Promote a culture of respect, open communication, and teamwork, ensuring a harmonious and engaging workplace.
Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a relevant field. Additional certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial role, preferably within the engineering industry.
- Leadership skills: Proven ability to guide, motivate, and inspire teams towards achieving common goals. Experience in managing cross-functional teams is highly valued.
- Strong communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities: Capable of analyzing data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions. Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on finding practical solutions.
- Adaptability: Adaptable to changing priorities, business needs, and challenging situations. Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Time management and organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industry: Familiarity with the engineering industry, market trends, and competitors is preferred.
- Proficiency in technology: Proficient in using various software and tools necessary for managing projects, data analysis, and reporting.
