Responsibilities Customer service Greeting and welcoming visitors to the dealership with a friendly and professional demeanor Communication Answering a multi-line phone system directing calls to the appropriate department and taking accurate messages Information management Entering customer information into the dealership s tracking system and running reports for managers Customer direction Determining the nature of a customer s visit and introducing them to the correct salesperson or department Appointment scheduling Assisting sales staff by scheduling and confirming appointments for customers Clerical support Performing various administrative tasks such as typing memos filing sorting mail and assisting with paperwork Necessary skills and qualificationsTo succeed in this role you should possess a range of soft and hard skills Education A high school diploma or GED is typically the minimum educational Cashier duties Processing customer payments and handling cash or credit card transactions in some dealerships Communication skills Excellent verbal and written communication is essential for interacting with customers and staff Administrative abilities Proficiency with computer software like Microsoft Office Word Excel is often required for data entry and other clerical tasks Organizational skills Strong multitasking and time-management skills are necessary for working in a busy fast-paced environment Customer service experience Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is beneficial Professionalism A professional appearance and a positive friendly and calm demeanor are important for creating a welcoming first impression Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 12 500 00 - 17 500 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Language English Preferred Work Location In person
