Position Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Performance Coach to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate is a certified personal trainer who is technically strong, eager to learn, adaptable, and has a clear vision to grow in the health and wellness industry. Whether you’re a fresher or have prior experience, if you are motivated and ready to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver personalised training programs for clients to improve strength, endurance, mobility, and overall performance
- Assess client fitness levels and progress, adjusting training plans as needed
- Motivate and educate clients, helping them stay on track with their health and fitness goals
- Stay updated with the latest fitness methodologies and integrate new techniques into training
- Collaborate with the team to create holistic wellness solutions
- Maintain accurate client records and progress reports
- Ensure safety and proper exercise techniques during sessions

Qualifications:

- Certified Personal Trainer from K11, IFSI, Prehab, or any equivalent recognized institute
- Fresher or experienced – both are welcome
- Immediate joiner preferred

Ideal Candidate:

- Technically strong and knowledgeable about exercise science and programming
- Has a clear vision for personal and professional growth
- Eager to learn, open to feedback, and willing to adapt to new methods and tools
- Passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Responsible, punctual, and professional in approach
