Position Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Performance Coach to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate is a certified personal trainer who is technically strong, eager to learn, adaptable, and has a clear vision to grow in the health and wellness industry. Whether you’re a fresher or have prior experience, if you are motivated and ready to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver personalised training programs for clients to improve strength, endurance, mobility, and overall performance
Assess client fitness levels and progress, adjusting training plans as needed
Motivate and educate clients, helping them stay on track with their health and fitness goals
Stay updated with the latest fitness methodologies and integrate new techniques into training
Collaborate with the team to create holistic wellness solutions
Maintain accurate client records and progress reports
Ensure safety and proper exercise techniques during sessions
Qualifications:
Certified Personal Trainer from K11, IFSI, Prehab, or any equivalent recognized institute
Fresher or experienced – both are welcome
Immediate joiner preferred
Ideal Candidate:
Technically strong and knowledgeable about exercise science and programming
Has a clear vision for personal and professional growth
Eager to learn, open to feedback, and willing to adapt to new methods and tools
Passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals
Excellent communication and client management skills
Responsible, punctual, and professional in approach
