Role The Branch Manager is the senior executive responsible for managing all aspects of the branch s operations sales staff and customer relationships This role serves as the primary leader of the branch ensuring that the branch achieves its business objectives maintains excellent customer service complies with regulatory standards and operates efficiently and profitably The Branch Manager acts as a liaison between the branch and the corporate office driving the branch s strategic initiatives and motivating the team to perform at their best Key Responsibilities 1 Operational Leadership - Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and productivity - Enforce compliance with company policies procedures and applicable laws - Oversee budgeting expense control and resource management to maximize profitability - Ensure the branch environment is safe secure and well-maintained 2 Sales Business Growth - Set sales targets and create strategies to meet or exceed them - Identify potential market opportunities to grow the customer base and increase revenue - Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies - Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local promotional campaigns 3 Team Management - Recruit train and develop branch employees to build a high-performing team - Lead and motivate staff to achieve individual and branch targets - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching - Foster a positive work culture focused on teamwork accountability and customer service 4 Customer Experience - Ensure excellent customer service standards and manage customer relationships - Address and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively - Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements - Promote customer retention and loyalty programs 5 Reporting and Compliance - Prepare and present reports on branch performance including sales financials and operations - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with regulatory standards - Liaise with senior management and auditors during inspections or audits Salary - upto 25 lakhs Note - 1 The candidate current location is Mumbai or having a client based of Mumbai 2 We need those Candidates who is current at Branch manager position 3 as a BM the candidates having 2 years experience in current organisation4 Only Banking background Candidate is considered5 The current fixed ctc of candidates is 15lakhs or more than 15 lakhs ref updazz com
