We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to manage our Singapore sales portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing role and is excited about the international real estate and student housing sector. 📍 Location: Noida, Sector 18 (Work from Office) 🕒 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday + 2nd & 4th Saturday (Work from Home) 💰 Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 / month Responsibilities : - Handle direct inquiries about our Singapore properties and provide detailed information to prospective tenants. - Manage leads from marketplace operators, converting inquiries into successful sales. - Conduct virtual property tours and guide tenants through the leasing process. - Maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners and manage key accounts. - Follow up on leads to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Ensure high tenant satisfaction and retention. Qualifications : - Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably in real estate or hospitality. - Excellent written and spoken English to communicate effectively with international clients. - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage partnerships independently. - Fresh graduates are welcome if they are driven, eager to learn, and have a go-getter attitude.
