About Axis Max Life Axis Max Life Insurance Limited formerly known as Max Life Insurance Company Ltd is a joint venture between Max Financial Services Limited MFSL and Axis Bank Limited Axis Max Life Insurance offers comprehensive protection and long-term savings life insurance solutions through its multi-channel distribution including agency and third-party distribution partners It has built its operations over two decades through a need-based sales process a customer-centric approach to engagement and service delivery and a well-trained human capital Axis Max Life has been consistently ranked among the best workplaces by the GPTW Institute reflecting its commitment to creating a positive and empowering work environment ComeAsYouAre LGBTQIA and PwD candidates of all ages are encouraged to apply Function SummaryRelationship Associate plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing branch relationships and collaborating with Axis Bank sellers The role involves lead conversion ensuring process adherence and supporting operational excellence The incumbent will be responsible for meeting business targets and maintaining customer satisfaction This position requires consistent coordination with stakeholders and adherence to company guidelines Job SummaryManages branches collaborates with the objective to support and contribute to Axis bank strategy achieve operations excellence ensure systems are deployed and help build the channel WITHIN the company guidelines and the achieve business targets Key ResponsibilitiesoManaging relationship with Axis Branch Sellers and thereby meeting target through Bank s FOS oResponsible for managing the leads generated from Branch and thereby convert into quality business oMust adhere to the process set and timely coordinate with Cluster Manager and Operations HUB Ensuring minimal customer complain oShall adhere to agree TATs on first customer contact and follow-ups from the date of the lead being registered oEnsuring 15month persistency on track and thereby ensure a robust follow up mechanism with the customers oCoordinating with Cluster Training manager to ensure bank staff regularly on concepts in life insurance and new product introductions oShall be responsible for making active the branch banking sellers and thereby achieving the activation targetoEnsuring LMS usage as Tracking Mechanism on line and follow up Calls Key Competencies skill requiredoExcellent Relationship Skill Managing Various level of Bank Management Adherence to ProcessDesired qualification and experienceoGraduate in Any Discipline from a UGC AICTE approved College and University o1 to 2 years of experience in sales experience in Insurance will be preferred oExperience in the fields of Life insurance sales management Retail bank distribution and Channel Management and or DSA relationship State Jammu Kashmir Branch Jammu - GO2 Department Axis Function Branch Banking - North 2 Posted On 17-Dec-2025
