Job Description Area(s) of responsibility Project Manager Job Description Oracle HCM Enhancement Project Position Overview The Project Manager oversees the enhancement of the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) system, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget. This role involves working with HR, IT, and vendors to achieve project goals. Key Responsibilities - Manage all phases of the Oracle HCM enhancement project. - Define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business needs. - Develop project plans and allocate resources. - Coordinate teams across HR, IT, and vendors. - Identify and mitigate project risks. - Oversee HCM module configuration and integration. - Track budgets and report project status. - Maintain documentation and support UAT and change management. - Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulations. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in relevant field; PMP preferred. - 5+ years project management experience, including 2+ years with Oracle HCM or similar systems. - Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Experience with risk, budget, and vendor management. Preferred Skills - Experience in Oracle HCM implementations or upgrades. - Understanding of HR processes and compliance. - Change management and training experience. - Can lead remote teams.
