At Benne we serve food we love — with honesty, warmth, and heart. About This Role We’re seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement for our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate understands sourcing for cafés/restaurants/hotels, manages vendor relationships effectively, and ensures cost-efficient, timely availability of all materials and equipment. Key Responsibilities - Manage procurement of food, beverages, consumables, kitchen equipment, and operational supplies. - Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers. - Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to optimize cost and quality. - Maintain accurate purchase records, invoices, GRNs, and inventory reports. - Monitor stock levels and coordinate with operations for replenishment. - Ensure timely deliveries across units/outlets. - Conduct regular market research for pricing, new products, and supplier performance. - Work closely with the finance and operations team on budgeting and forecasting. - Implement procurement SOPs, cost controls, and compliance standards. - Support new outlet openings with sourcing of equipment and materials. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Hospitality Management, or related field. - 4+ years of procurement experience in hospitality (restaurants, cafés, hotels, QSR). - Strong vendor network and negotiation skills. - Knowledge of F&B sourcing, kitchen equipment, and consumables. - Familiarity with inventory software and purchase workflows. - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. - A calm, people-first approach and genuine love for hospitality 💛 Compensation Negotiable, based on experience.
