We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Linux System Administrator with 4-5 years of experience in managing enterprise-grade Linux servers and environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Linux systems (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.) across production, staging, and development environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, configure, and monitor Linux-based systems (bare metal, virtualized, and cloud instances)

• Ensure system uptime, performance, and security through routine maintenance and hardening practices

• Automate repetitive tasks using Bash, Python, Ansible, or similar tools

• Handle patch management, software upgrades, and kernel tuning

• Setup and manage services like Apache/Nginx, MySQL/PostgreSQL, DNS, DHCP, SSH, NFS, etc.

• Implement and monitor system backups, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures

• Monitor logs and system health (using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, Nagios)

• Collaborate with DevOps and development teams for CI/CD integration and container support (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Apply security best practices (SELinux, firewall rules, fail2ban, auditing tools)

• Support in incident response and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for system failures

• Participate in on-call support rotation if needed
