Job Description About Us Kirana Club is India's largest community of kirana stores, connecting over 3 million store owners across India. We empower small retailers with news, knowledge, and supply opportunities that drive growth. We're rapidly scaling and looking for a proactive Senior Operations Associate to strengthen our logistics and fulfillment team. Role Overview You'll handle end-to-end operations across first-mile (FM) and last-mile (LM), coordinating with 3PL partners, brand partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution. The role requires strong ownership, coordination, and analytical skills to support day-to-day operational excellence. Key Responsibilities - Manage daily operations, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery. - Coordinate with 3PL partners for issue resolution and SLA tracking. - Support Senior leaders in execution, reporting, and escalations. - Track 3PL performance, identify gaps, and suggest improvements. - Prepare and maintain reports using Excel and Google Sheets. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business. - 24 years of experience in e-commerce, D2C, or logistics operations. - Basic knowledge of both FM and LM logistics preferred. - Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace (Excel, GSheet, GDoc, etc.). - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. - Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
