Company Description Who is HelloKindred HelloKindred are specialists in staffing marketing creative and technology roles offering a range of talent solutions that can be delivered on-site remotely or hybrid Our vision is to make work accessible and people s lives better We do this by disrupting traditional employment barriers - connecting ambitious talent to flexible opportunities with trusted brands Anticipated Contract End Date Length Perm Position Work Set Up Hybrid Open to Hyderabad Bangalore Pune Our client in the global Digital Services industry is looking for a Marketing Operations MarOps Manager to oversee all aspects of the HubSpot automation platform This role supports efficiencies across all marketing activities primarily ensuring the upkeep of workflows into the CRM campaign execution data accuracy and integrity The role also serves as the first point of contact for all HubSpot queries supporting lead management reporting on performance and future upgrades of the MarOps service What you will do Manage and optimise all elements of HubSpot serving the requirements of the various Marketing members Design build and refine automated campaigns and workflows ensuring timely and tailored customer engagement Administer integrations between HubSpot and other MarTech tools enabling seamless data exchange and accurate campaign attribution Maintain marketing database hygiene including deduplication segmentation and regular updates for reliable analytics Develop and implement lead scoring models for effective prioritization and handoff to sales Track and analyse funnel performance identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for operational improvements Create dashboards and reports for different management levels providing actionable insights on key KPIs such as CAC conversion rates lead volume and campaign ROI Stay updated on best practices and new HubSpot features training team members and fostering adoption Ensure all CRM and marketing automation processes comply with data privacy laws GDPR CCPA and company standards Collaborate cross-functionally with sales content and leadership to align operations with business objectives Develop and maintain SOPs and documentation related to marketing operations and HubSpot utilisation Qualifications 6 years of relevant marketing automation and CRM experience Proven hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms HubSpot preferred Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data and optimize campaign performance Technical proficiency in CRM management automation setup workflow design and database hygiene Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborate across departments Knowledge of data privacy and compliance best practices in marketing systems Familiarity with campaign attribution lead management and key performance metrics for B2B organizations Demonstrated ability to manage projects develop scalable processes and execute multiple initiatives independently HubSpot certifications and a commitment to continuous learning HubSpot Academy Additional Information Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country the position is based in without requiring sponsorship We appreciate your interest in this opportunity Please note only applicants selected for an interview will be contacted HelloKindred is proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse environment All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race colour religion gender gender identity expression sexual orientation national origin disability age or veteran status
