Solar Engineer

We are looking for a Solar Engineer with relevant experience in Operations Maintenance O M or Project Execution of solar power plants The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of solar systems and hands-on experience in managing field operations at utility-scale or rooftop solar projects Key Responsibilities Supervise and execute O M activities at solar project sites Perform preventive corrective maintenance of solar equipment inverters panels transformers cables etc Conduct inspections troubleshooting and resolve technical issues Monitor plant performance using SCADA or other monitoring tools Coordinate with site technicians vendors and contractors for smooth operations Prepare and maintain daily weekly and monthly performance maintenance reports Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards at the site Skills Required Solar PV System Design Electrical System Design LT HT AutoCAD Electrical Civil Drawings PVsyst Helioscope Simulation Single Line Diagram SLD Preparation Cable Sizing Route Planning Inverter Module Selection Bill of Materials BOM Preparation Knowledge of MNRE Guidelines IEC Standards Hands-on troubleshooting of solar equipment Quality Safety Compliance in Solar Projects Requirements Diploma B E B Tech in Electrical or related field Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in solar O M or project execution Good understanding of PV modules inverters and BOS components Ability to manage site activities and field operations independently Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
