At Fisher Paykel Healthcare our dedication unites us in a shared mission to improve patient care and outcomes through world-leading healthcare solutions We call this commitment Care by Design Our journey began in New Zealand over five decades ago when a visionary doctor and two ingenious engineers pioneered a new approach to respiratory health Today we are a leading designer manufacturer and marketer of products and systems for acute and chronic respiratory care anesthesia and the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea Our innovative products touch the lives of millions of patients annually while operating in over 120 countries worldwide We seek individuals who are passionate about having a lasting positive impact We value individuals who prioritize enduring relationships and creative thinking and who are driven to make a difference In return we will support your personal and professional growth with our inclusive work environment built on a foundation of care and collaboration Together we form a team of compassionate individuals dedicated to purposeful work Care to join us and make a real impact Position Summary The Clinical Educator is responsible for delivering comprehensive training and education to employees and customers on Fisher Paykel Healthcare products applications and technologies This role ensures best clinical practices and optimal patient outcomes through effective utilization of our solutions supporting sustained therapy education and product adoption Acting as a trusted clinical resource and brand ambassador the Clinical Educator promotes Fisher Paykel Healthcare s purpose and exemplifies our core values-Relationships Commitment Life Originality and Internationalism-in every interaction Key Responsibilities Represent Fisher Paykel Healthcare FPH with professionalism at all times consistently exceeding industry standards and expectations Conduct educational seminars to promote FPH products by educating clinicians on product applications benefits and best practices Ensure the clinical community understands FPH s proprietary technologies and how our products differentiate from competitors Support the sales team with post-sales education troubleshooting and complaint resolution to ensure correct equipment use drive consumable sales and maintain customer satisfaction Key Opinion Leader KOL Development Engagement Identify nurture and collaborate with KOLs to drive therapy and clinical adoption Nursing Society Collaboration Build partnerships with nursing associations to enhance education training and protocol dissemination for respiratory therapies Protocol Alignment Adapt and align practices with recognized respiratory therapy guidelines to ensure consistent implementation Utilize operational tools and resources products car phone laptop efficiently and in a timely manner Attend regular planning meetings to ensure all educational events are well-researched and executed Provide published clinical literature to the sales team upon request Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed on relevant clinical research and publications Consistently promote and uphold FPH policies culture values and purpose Identify and undertake personal development training as appropriate Provide ongoing support to the education administration team Be willing to travel nationally for up to 24 weeks per year to deliver education and upport initiatives Knowledge Skills Experience Excellent communication and presentation skills Corporate experience in healthcare facilitation and training Relevant clinical industry experience - preferably in respiratory Knowledge of markets and clinical Demonstrated skills in standard computer applications including Microsoft Current India Driver s Licence
