- WordPress page speed optimization
- Best practices for SEO and CRO implementation on WordPress sites
- Pixel-perfect display layer HTML5/CSS3 templates from complex PSD layouts
- Experience in designing responsive websites
- Working under deadline pressure
- Taking care of several projects at once
- Producing excellent work with significant attention to detail

REQUIRED KEY SKILLS

- Strong WordPress platform knowledge
- Understanding of creating custom WordPress themes and plugins
- Knowledge of integrating WordPress plugins (such as WooCommerce, WPML, and membership plugins)
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP, as well as MySQL and AJAX
- Working with the LAMP development environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of browser compatibility problems
- Strong familiarity with responsive web design methods
- Knowledge of the W3C s Web Standards, Semantics, and Accessibility Guidelines
