Understand their needs and preferences to recommend suitable products. Actively work towards achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets.Product Knowledge: Become a subject matter expert on all Ajfan products. This includes knowing the origin, different varieties, flavor profiles, and health benefits of our dates, nuts, and related items. Be prepared to confidently answer customer questions and provide personalized suggestions.Store Operations: Ensure the store is consistently clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. This involves regular restocking of shelves, arranging attractive product displays, and ensuring all products are accurately priced and labeled.Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, receive and check in new stock, and communicate any stock shortages or issues to the management team.Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions using the store's POS system.
