Excellence in client management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration are essential in this fast-paced agency environment. Key Responsibilities Media Strategy & Planning:Develop comprehensive media strategies and plans for performance and awareness campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, and Offline, ensuring alignment with client and business objectives. Campaign Leadership:Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across digital and traditional channels, monitoring budgets, KPIs, and optimization for maximum ROI and brand impact. Business Management:Lead media investments of at least Rs 100 crore, ensuring optimal allocation, efficiency, and accountability for all client portfolios. Team Development: Manage and mentor large media teams, fostering talent growth, capability building, and high-performance culture. Client Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for senior clients, delivering strategic counsel, transparent communication, and innovative solutions. Performance Analysis & Reporting:Steer advanced data-driven campaign analysis, generating actionable insights, reporting performance, and recommending enhancements to clients and internal teams. Market Intelligence & Trends:Stay at the forefront of media and technology trends, leveraging insights to inform strategy and drive innovation across client accounts. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with creative, analytics, tech, and account management functions to deliver integrated media strategies. Mentorship & Guidance:Provide strategic direction and support to junior and mid-level team members, fostering growth in media planning, execution, and reporting. Qualifications & Skills Experience:8-10 years in media strategy and campaign management, with at least 3 years leading media teams at a senior level within an agency; handled Rs 100+ crore business across diverse platforms and client categories. Platforms Expertise:Deep knowledge of digital and offline media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, Programmatic, mastery of performance and awareness media for various business categories. Business Acumen:Demonstrated success in managing large budgets, complex client portfolios, and multi-channel campaign delivery. Data-Driven:Advanced analytical skills for interpreting campaign and market data, generating actionable insights, and optimizing media performance. Communication & Presentation:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; adept at presenting complex strategies and data to senior clients and internal stakeholders. Leadership & Team Management:Proven expertise in managing, mentoring, and growing high-performing media teams. Client Management:Strong client relationship management skills, able to handle senior stakeholders and deliver business-centric solutions. Adaptability & Problem Solving: Proactive, solution-oriented, and agile in responding to client and market changes. Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Programmatic) are highly valued.
