Who are we looking for

As an HR Intern, you will play a vital role in enhancing our recruitment efforts, improving employee engagement, and optimizing internal operations. This role offers hands-on experience and an opportunity to contribute directly to building a strong, people-first culture.

Youll be working closely with our HR and leadership teams to execute projects that align with our core values: ambitious, customer-obsessed, trustworthy, clarity of thought, and excellence.

Responsibilities You Will Hold

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job descriptions, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for employees.
- Coordinate and assist in planning employee engagement activities and events..
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships and office supplies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and operational processes.

What Were Looking For

- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
- Previous internship or project experience in HR/Operations is a plus.
- Available for an in-office internship for 6 months
