Job Title Chemical Engineer - Metal Manufacturing Industry Location Sinnar Nashik Department Production Process Engineering Reports To Plant Manager Operations Head Job Purpose To design develop and optimize chemical processes in metal or manufacturing operations ensuring efficiency safety and quality while minimizing costs and environmental impact Key Responsibilities Develop implement and optimize chemical processes involved in metal treatment finishing and manufacturing Monitor and analyse production processes to improve efficiency yield and product quality Design and conduct experiments for process improvements new materials or innovative manufacturing methods Ensure compliance with safety standards environmental regulations and industry best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams Production Quality Maintenance R D to resolve technical issues Prepare technical documentation process flow diagrams and standard operating procedures SOPs Support scale-up of processes from laboratory to pilot and full-scale production Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions CAPA Manage raw material consumption chemical inventory and cost control Stay updated on latest technologies and innovations in metallurgy chemical processing and manufacturing Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of chemical process design thermodynamics and reaction engineering Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Knowledge of safety standards Strong communication teamwork and documentation skills Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Chemical Engineering Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
