Designation Executive BD- GreenHydrogen Location Ahmedabad India Business Development Strategy o Identifyanddevelopnewbusinessopportunitiesinthegreenhydrogen sector o Buildrelationshipswithkeystakeholdersincludinggovernmentbodies industries andprojectdevelopers o Developandexecutestrategiestodrivebusinessgrowthinalignmentwith companyobjectives Tenders Proposal Management o Oversee and manage tendering processes for hydrogen projects o Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive proposals ensuring all technical and commercial aspects are addressed o Prepare Bill of Quantities BOQ and ensure alignment with project requirements Technical Commercial Understanding o Analyse and interpret technical documentation related to green hydrogen projects o Work closely with engineering teams to ensure proposals are technically sound o Manage the commercial aspects of project proposals including pricing strategies and contract negotiations o Understand the financial modelling and can also prepare the same for different hydrogen business models o Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets and contribute to the growth and profitability of the organization Project Coordination o Engage with project teams for on-site assessments and monitoring ensuring alignment with project timelines o frequently travel to project sites for stakeholder meetings site visits and progress monitoring Qualifications o Bachelor s degree in mechanical Electrical Process Chemical Engineering or a related field with MBA preferred o Minimum 1 of experience in business development preferably in renewable energy green hydrogen Oil and Gas or similar industries o Strong understanding of hydrogen production technologies project BOQ and commercial contract terms o Experience in tender management proposal making and technical evaluations o Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across India Skills and Requirements o Strong communication and negotiation skills o Ability to understand complex technical and commercial requirements o Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to business challenges o Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
