Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive - Intern to assist with sales support and back-office operations, including CA & CS-related tasks, business/personal documentation, HR compliance support (such as EPFO, ESIC, and TDS), and hiring coordination. This internship will offer hands-on exposure to the intersection of sales, compliance, and documentation, making it ideal for commerce or business students interested in understanding corporate operations beyond traditional sales roles. Interns will gain valuable work experience across departments such as inside sales, legal documentation, taxation, HR support, and compliance coordination, under the guidance of experienced professionals.Key Responsibilities:1. Inside Sales Support: Assist the sales team with lead follow-ups, sending proposals, and basic communication with clients via email, WhatsApp, or phone. Maintain sales databases, track responses, and update CRM tools. Help in preparing sales presentations, quotations, and documentation packages. 2. Documentation & Compliance Support (CA/CS Related): Assist with organizing and maintaining company compliance documents such as incorporation certificates, GST, PAN, TAN, etc. Support in drafting and compiling documents required for ROC filings, director KYC, and board resolutions. Coordinate with external Chartered Accountants (CA) or Company Secretaries (CS) for scheduled filings or audits. Help in data entry and tracking of statutory due dates (e.g., GST returns, TDS filing, etc.) 3. HR & Admin Process Support: Support the hiring process by scheduling interviews, screening basic resumes, and maintaining HR spreadsheets. Assist in preparing employee joining documents like offer letters, ID proofs, and declarations. Help with ESIC, EPFO, and TDS-related form submissions or data compilation under supervision. Maintain organized records of employee documents and statutory compliance files. 4. Client and Vendor Communication: Share documents, contracts, invoices, and follow-up reminders with clients or vendors as needed. Draft simple business communication emails related to documentation, payments, or sales. 5. Back Office Coordination: Coordinate between different departments (sales, accounts, HR, compliance) to collect and compile required data. Track client KYC status, collect missing documents, and update records.
