If you wish to create an impact and help students get the best education by taking our vision ahead, we would love to have you in our team Key Responsibilities - Ad Design: Create attractive static ads for ad campaigns that resonate with target audiences. - Social Media Creativity: Develop visually compelling social media posts, including static designs and carousel formats, that engage and build our community. - Print Collateral: Design brochures and other print materials that communicate brand messages effectively. - Website UI Design: Collaborate with the team to design user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing website layouts. - Digital Design Assets: Create designs for various digital platforms, such as mail banners, WhatsApp posts, blog banners, and more. Skills & Qualifications - Design Expertise: Proficient in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools. - Typography Mastery: Strong understanding of typography principles to create visually appealing designs. - Creativity: Exceptional creativity with a knack for producing unique and memorable designs. - Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure consistency and quality across all design projects. - Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. What We’re Looking For - Experience: 2–4 years in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in static ads, social media designs, print materials, and website UI. - Collaborative Spirit: Comfortable working in a team environment and taking constructive feedback. - Adaptability: Ability to design for diverse platforms and audiences.
