Job Title: ServiceNow - Platform Solution Consultant

Location: Pan India

Experience: 8+ yrs.

Job Type : Contract to hire.

Notice Period:- Immediate joiners.

Mandatory Skills:

- Certificates if any CSA, CAD, CIS, please attach the copies along with CV.
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our clients to determine strategies for increased solutions adoption and organizational readiness
- Leading functional discovery and process workshops and working sessions leveraging the NTT methodology
- Defining industry and client specific business process solutions while identifying opportunities and advising on all things business process related to ServiceNow implementation projects
- Furthering your ServiceNow Expertise by developing knowledge on multiple practices within the ServiceNow platform
- Primary skillset in ITSM with secondary skillset with HRSD and experience with Integration between the modules.

- Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands on ServiceNow experience
- 3+ years of experience leading business process design workshops to elicit client requirements
- 8+ years ITSM experience
- 8+ years HRSD experience
- 8+ years Integration experience (with ITSM and HRSD)

- ITIL Foundations
