Developing and Implementing Quality Plans Creating QA QC procedures Developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance and quality control procedures including inspection and test plans ITPs Reviewing project documentation Evaluating project plans specifications and other relevant documents to ensure they align with quality standards Monitoring compliance Ensuring that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved plans specifications and relevant codes and standards Conducting audits Performing regular audits of construction processes and materials to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with quality standards Conducting Inspections and Tests Performing on-site inspections Inspecting materials workmanship and completed work to ensure they meet the required quality standards Witnessing testing Overseeing and witnessing various testing procedures such as material tests e g concrete steel soil and performance tests Documenting findings Maintaining detailed records of inspections tests and any non-conformances identified Addressing Non-Conformities Identifying non-conformances Identifying and documenting any deviations from approved plans specifications or quality standards Investigating root causes Working with relevant teams to determine the underlying causes of non-conformances Developing corrective actions Recommending and implementing corrective and preventive actions to resolve non-conformances and prevent future occurrences Tracking non-conformance reports Monitoring the status of non-conformance reports NCRs and ensuring timely closure of issues Working with project teams Collaborating with project managers engineers contractors and other stakeholders to address quality-related issues Participating in meetings Attending project meetings to discuss quality concerns review progress and coordinate activities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Leave encashment Ability to commute relocate Kottayam Kerala Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package Preferred Experience QA QC 3 years Preferred Work Location In person Application Deadline 15 08 2025 Expected Start Date 15 08 2025
