Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an ERP Sales Specialist based in Bengaluru. The ERP Sales Specialist will manage various tasks including identifying customer needs, demonstrating GreeneStep ERP solutions, developing sales strategies, and fostering relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities include driving sales of GreeneStep’s ERP products, coordinating with clients to understand their requirements, delivering sales presentations, and supporting post-sales processes such as training and deployment. Qualifications - Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and customer relationship-building - Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills - Ability to deliver product demonstrations and Training sessions effectively - Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing a sales pipeline - Familiarity with ERP systems and the Renewable Energy Industry is advantageous - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Proactive mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
