Job Title Reels Editor Department Marketing Social Media Creative Location Salem Reports To Social Media Manager Creative Head Job Summary We are seeking a creative and trend-savvy Reels Editor to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging high-quality short-form video content Reels Shorts TikToks that aligns with our brand identity and helps boost our online presence Key Responsibilities Edit and produce short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels YouTube Shorts and Facebook Create eye-catching transitions captions and effects that align with current social media trends Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop video ideas and content strategies Repurpose long-form content into engaging short videos Stay up to date with trending audio styles and formats across social platforms Ensure all videos maintain brand consistency and meet platform specifications Optimize videos for engagement storytelling and viewer retention Manage and organize video assets for easy retrieval and reuse Skills Qualifications Proven experience as a Reels or short-form video editor Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro CapCut VN Final Cut Pro or After Effects Strong understanding of social media trends timing and visual storytelling Ability to work quickly and meet tight deadlines Creative mindset with a good sense of humor and trend awareness Basic knowledge of sound design color grading and motion graphics is a plus Preferred Qualifications Experience in social media content creation or influencer marketing Familiarity with analytics and understanding what drives engagement Photography or videography experience is an added advantage Employment Type Full-time Salary 10000 -15000 Job Type Full-time Pay 16 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
